Apple event coverage overview: see what you might have missed

Apple's event is over and brought double the number of iPhones than any previous event – the iPhone 5s and iPhone 5c (yes, the letter are lower case now).

The high-end model, 5s, improves the chipset, camera and security (with a fingerprint sensor) and will start at $199 on contract. You can check the first shots from the new camera.

The cheaper model, 5c, will take the place of the iPhone 5 going forward, starting at $99 on contract.

Watch promo videos for the iPhone 5s and iPhone 5c for more info.

If that's not enough for you, check out our iPhone 5s vs. LG G2 vs. Samsung Galaxy S4 shootout or the iPhone 5c vs. iPhone 5s vs. HTC One shootout.

Both iPhones will go on sale in the first 10 countries of availability (including China) on September 20.

You'd be able to dress the aluminum clad iPhone 5s in a classy leather case ($39) and make the iPhone 5c even more colorful with its own cases ($29).

Apple will start the rollout of the new iOS 7 on September 18. Infinity Blade III is incoming too, launching September 20.

Apple also announced new iPhoto, iMovie, Pages, Numbers and Keynote.

There is no new Apple TV (as some people expected) and no new iPod touch. Keep in mind Apple has another event tomorrow when the company should detail its plans for China.
